Providing massage excellence since the late 80's. For three+ decades, Liz Giles has been honing her skills as a licensed massage therapist and body worker. She first apprenticed with William Vogel in myofacial massage in Pittsburgh, PA. Her foundational training was taken at Scherer's Academy of Natural Healing in Santa Fe, NM. Since then Liz has trained in many modalities including shiatsu, Bones of the Earth Hot Stone, MRT (Muscle Release Technique), reflexology and other body working modalities.
Attuned intuitively to the body's needs Liz can work at light to deep pressure and always within the comfort zone of the client.
Offering one on one consultation and coaching for improving general wellness, navigating health issues and improving lifestyle choices. This program goes in-depth to clearly examine the whole you in that way we work together, with your uniqueness in mind to create a protocol plan that will build you up and support your health improvement goals. Steeped in the Vitalist tradition we will focus on supporting the body from many angles to obtain optimal heath.
Your protocol may include flower essence formulation, nutrition, lifestyle, herbal formulation, aromatherapy, massage or other supportive modalities specific to your personal needs. Together we navigate a path that nudges the body's innate intelligence to heal.
A graduate of the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism Clinic Program, Liz is well versed in wellness assessment, condition research and formulation of herbal remedies to improve, restore and support healthy function in the body.
Nutrition is the foundation of all health. Without proper nourishment there is wide room for health disintegration. Assessing ones eating habits in correlation to their symptoms complaints can be a great teacher as to where improvement can be made and health revitalized.
Essential oils are power agents of health and healing that should be regarded with respect and a deeper education. Liz has four semesters of training, at college level, in the safe use of essential oils for health, in addition to many more hours of workshop and self education on the subject.
